Important information about payment security
Please note that our booking system requires all payments to be completed using 3D Secure authentication (e.g. Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, or similar).
To successfully make a booking, your payment card must be enrolled in 3D Secure.
This is a mandatory requirement. If your card does not support this security feature, the transaction will be declined and the booking cannot be completed.
It is your own responsibility to ensure that your payment card is enabled for 3D Secure and meets these requirements before making a booking.
We kindly advise all international travellers to confirm with their bank or card provider that 3D Secure is activated prior to attempting a reservation.
