Changing your booking
Paid for tickets cannot be changed, but can be canceled and a new one must be booked.

Other
It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide the correct details of your vehicle when booking, in order to get the correct ticket. If the vehicle is bigger than shown on the booking, the vehicle will be moved to the back of the queue, and no financial compensation will be made. The passenger with the vehicle will have to book a new ticket. It is also the passenger’s responsibility to book tickets for the correct timeslot.
