Is it neccessay to pre-book space?

No, you can use qeueo 2, and if there is room after all pre-bookings have boarded, qoueu 2 will board until the ship is full.

Do I have to register?

No, you can book on the website and pay online.

What are the benefits of registering?

You get 15% off vehicles under 5 m and passengers in the vehicle.

How do I know if there is any space on the trip?

If the trip is available to book, there is space. Any trip that is full will become unavailable to book.

Can I be put on a waiting list?

No, there is no waiting list, you’ll be referred to queue 2 on the dock.

Can I cancel a booked trip?

Yes, at the bottom of your receipt there is a link where you can cancel a trip for up to 2 hours before departure.

Can I change a booked ticket?

The trip cannot be change. You’ll need to cancel and re-book.

Will I get a refund if I cancel a trip?

If you cancel the trip at least 2 hours before departure, you’ll get a refund. After 2 hours you will not be able to cancel.

 

Will I get a refund if I do not show?

No, any vehicle not present at the appropriate timeslot is not eligible for refund.

Is it necessary to show my receipt when boarding?

No, it is not necessary to show the receipt. However, if there should be any issues it is advised to keep the receipt handy should the crew need to see it.

My receipt is not in my inbox what should I do?

Please check that the correct e-mail is registered on the booking or check the spam or junk folder.

I have not pre-booked, can I still show up?

Yes, you can still join queue 2, vehicles will be boarded until the ship is full.

Can I give another vehicle my ticket?

No, your ticket is registered with your license plate and is only valid for that license plate.

Can I have other passengers in my vehicle?

Yes, if the passengers have been registered and paid for. However, children under 7 years old and disability assistance, who do not need tickets, can be in the vehicle. Everyone else must buy a ticket and/or register on the deck.

How do I know if my booking is registered?

You will receive a conformation e-mail.

I put down the wrong license plate, what do I do?

Cancel the booking, at the bottom of the receipt, and register new booking.

How do I know that my booking has been canceled?

You will receive an email confirming the cancelation.

Can I pay with SSL card?

No not on our bookingsyste,. You will then be referred to queue 2.
