Instructions

Booking:

Booking is available 2 months in advance, and at the latest 1 hour before departure.

Vehicles taller than 2,50 m, will not be boarded on the trip from Gomludrætt at 17:20 weekdays and 20:00 Fridays.

Sunday and Saturday at 14:00 and 16:35 from Skopun, vehicles taller than 2,50 m will not be boarded unless there is access space.

Timeslot:

The vehicle must be in the queue 15 minutes before departure, at the latest. Booking is required for all passengers in the vehicle.

Please note:

  • Children under the age of 7, who need not buy a ticket, can remain in the car.
  • Disability helpers, who need do not buy a ticket, can remain in the car.

The crew have the right to refuse any vehicle that is not in the queue at the appropriate timeslot.

The booking can only be used for the vehicle registered, and may not be given to another vehicle.

Booking from Gomlurætt to Skopun:

With an account:

The balance available on your account is 80-20.000 DKK

Passengers and vehicles get a 15% discount, if you pay through the account.

You will need to book, even if you have an account.

If a vehicle with a booking is not present at the appropriate timeslot, the space will be given to someone else, and no refund will be deposited.

Without an account:

You must pay by card when booking. All card will be charged an administrative fee, except for Dankort. You will be charged for a round trip, however you will only be booking space from Gomulrætt to Skopun.

Your receipt for the booking will be sent by email. If the receipt is not in your inbox, please check your spam.

If a vehicle with a booking is not present at the appropriate timeslot, the space will be given to someone else, and no refund will be deposited.

With an account:

If you want to book from Skopun to Gomlurætt you must have an account. You will not be paying for the trip, however a deposit will be required. This means that it is necessary to have a balance to cover the deposit on your account.

When you show up for the trip, the deposit will be paid back into the account. If you do not show up, you will lose the deposit.

The account can have a 80-20.000DKK balance.

Without an account:

It is not possible to book without an account from Skopun to Gomlurætt.

 

Booking with a monthly subscription card:

If you have an account, you can get a monthly subscription card for your car.

The card costs 1690DKK and will be registered to your license plate.

Your first time booking with the card will make it possible to book with the card for 30 consecutive days.

If you use your card for booking, and you do not show up for that trip, one day will me ticked off.

You will need to book, even with a monthly subscription card.

SSL-card:

It is not possible to book with an SSL card, but you can travel with the card in queue 2.

Cancelation of booking:

Booked space can be canceled 2 hours before departure, at the latest. At the bottom of the ticket reciept there is a link for cancelation. If the cancelation is before the 2 hours of departure, there will be a refund. If it is less than 2 hours, a refund is not available.

Changing your booking

Paid for tickets cannot be changed, but can be canceled and a new one must be booked.

Cancelled trip

If SSL cancels any trips, all booking for that trip will be voided, and a new trip must be booked.

Other

It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide the correct details of your vehicle when booking, in order to get the correct ticket. If the vehicle is bigger than shown on the booking, the vehicle will be moved to the back of the queue, and no financial compensation will be made.

Emergency vehicles

Ambulances and firetrucks always have first priority. This means that the last vehicle must give up its space for emergency vehicles.
