When can I expect to receive the refund for the cancelled journey?

Typically, refunds are processed within 2-5 working days. However, for overseas transactions, the time frame can extend up to 30 days, depending on your credit or debit card issuer.

Can I change a booked journey?

Yes, you can make changes to your booking using the link provided at the bottom of your receipt. You can edit details such as the license plate, select a different departure date, or cancel your journey. If you booked using your SSL profile, you can log in to your profile and make changes directly on your user page.

I plan to travel with a rental car but I do not know the specifics of the car yet - how do I book?

You can make a preliminary booking using a placeholder license plate. Afterward, once you know the correct license plate of your vehicle, you can edit your booking. At the bottom of your booking confirmation, there is a link where you can update your booking details, including the license plate.

It's crucial to ensure the license plate is accurate before your journey. SSL staff reserves the right to refuse boarding if the license plate is incorrect, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.

If I do not show up, will I get a refund?

No, refunds are not provided if you fail to show up for your scheduled departure.
