Travel Made Easy This Christmas – More Bus Departures to and from the Airport

It’s now even easier for all Christmas travelers to take the bus to and from the airport.
SSL has increased the number of departures between the airport and Tórshavn, and these new trips will take effect on Thursday, 18 December.
Extra departures have been added on Route 350, which will operate as an express bus between the airport and Tórshavn during the Christmas season. The Christmas timetable applies on the following dates:
- 18–22 December 2025
- 28–29 December 2025
- 3–4 January 2026
These trips are coordinated with flight schedules in Vágar so that departures match flight arrivals and departures. The Christmas timetable is in addition to Route 300, which normally runs between Tórshavn and the airport/Sørvágur, meaning the number of departures has been significantly increased.
