• Vehicles should be in que at least 20 min. before departure. The gate closes 5 min. before departure for travelers by foot.

The route at 13.00 from Tórshavn and Sundays and holidays from Tvøroyri we advice travellers by vehicles to be in queue 1-1.5 hours before departure.

You can book cabins, private dining room and conference room on Smyril by calling the catering manager on tel. +298 293046 or stop by the kiosk on deck 5 to book a room. 

For travelers staying over night in cabins you can call +298 293045 for assistance on board after sailing hours.

For cargo by Smyril you have to contact the cargo stations in Tórshavn or Tvøroyri at least 1 hour before departure. More information on cargo is here.
